OUR PHILOSOPHY
Owned by Filitsa Karamanli since 2014, the restaurant has been family-run since 1992 - first by Mrs. Pothiti Kovaïou, and then her son Angelos Koveos in 2001, always rooted in tradition.
With a head-to-tail philosophy, we respect every ingredient - minimizing waste and bringing out its full flavor. We cook with local ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and wild-caught fish every day. We work closely with small Greek producers and value Greek hospitality.

Here on Schoinoussa, the days move slowly — like fishing boats drifting across the blue. The island is small, but it holds big flavors: herbs on the wind, salt on your skin, sun in every bite of tomato. A little kitchen by the sea, cooking the way our grandmothers taught us.
We believe meals should be slow, stories should be shared, and dessert should never be skipped. We serve soul food.
